Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 30-65 years old, ASA I-III grade, pathologically diagnosed I-II grade.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy, severe liver dysfunction and blood coagulation dysfunction, immune system disease, distant metastasis, intraoperative use of allogeneic blood, intraoperative hypothermia (body temperature lower than 34 degree C).
