Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Have not participated in a similar research 6 weeks before or during the research period; 2. Worked in psychiatric department for one year or more; 3. Voluntarily participated in this research; 4. Healthy and free of mental illness; 5. Psychological capital is at an intermediate level or below, or there is job burnout.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Regular training nurses and intern nurses; 2. People who are temporarily absent from nursing posts due to illness, maternity leave, personal leave, etc.; 3. The number of absentees during the study period >=2.
