Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) They have clinical symptoms of acute stroke; 2) Over 18 years old; 3) The onset time was within 6-12 hours;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) TBI history in recent 3 months; 2) He had a history of brain tumor, encephalitis, epilepsy and demyelinating disease of nervous system; 3) Pregnant and lactating women; 4) History of mental disorders and dementia; 5) Patients with shock after entering the room. 6) Accompanied by serious heart, lung, liver, kidney, blood system diseases. 7) Patients with severe infectious diseases.
