19 Years to 74 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Subjects voluntarily participate in the trial and sign an informed consent form; (2) There is no restriction on gender, 18-75 years old (not including 18 and 75 years old); (3) Patients with diagnosed AS may be accompanied by local symptoms and signs such as tenderness and joint dysfunction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Early local acute infectious inflammation; (2) Photosensitivity diseases [such as lupus erythematosus, solar dermatitis, people who take photosensitizers internally or externally (except for photosensitivity treatment), people who use photosensitive vegetables, plants]; (3) Patients with malignant tumors; (4) Severe primary heart, liver, lung, kidney, blood or serious diseases that affect their survival; (5) Those who cannot give full informed consent due to mental disorders; (6) Women during pregnancy and lactation; (7) The investigator believes that it is not suitable to participate in this clinical trial due to other reasons.
