18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients under general anesthesia for elective thyroidectomy, aged 18-65 years, no gender limitation, BMI 18-30 kg/m2, normal communication, and voluntary subjects signed informed consent were selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious cardiopulmonary diseases; 2. history of mental diseases; 3. history of endocrine diseases; 4. history of hematological diseases; 5. history of reflux esophagitis; 6. history of tonsillar or vocal cord operations; 7. history of chronic pharyngitis; 8. history of perioperative long-term use of glucocorticoids.
