Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18~80 years, gender unlimited. Continuous HBsAg positive >= 6 months. According to the clinical signs, past medical history, combined with laboratory examination and imaging examination, and in accordance with the 2019 Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B, the diagnosis was confirmed as decompensated stage of hepatitis B cirrhosis.Among them, the decompensation of cirrhosis is mainly based on the occurrence of various clinical complications, such as ascites, gastric fundus esophageal variceal hemorrhage, hepatic encephalopathy, hepatorenal syndrome and so on.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclude the overlapping infection of other viruses except hepatitis B virus, such as HAV, HCV, HDV, HEV, HIV, EBV, CMV, etc.; 2. Exclude other liver diseases such as autoimmune liver disease, alcoholic liver disease, drug-induced liver disease, genetic metabolic liver disease, schistosomiasis cirrhosis, etc.; 3. Patients with previous HCC or diagnosed with HCC within 1 year of admission were excluded; 4. Other diseases that significantly affect the survival rate of patients were excluded, including serious heart, lung, kidney, digestive, neurological, mental, immune and metabolic diseases, etc.
