Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients 1. Patients who are diagnosed with hematologic malignancies (acute or chronic leukaemia, malignant lymphoma, multiple myeloma, myelodysplastic syndrome); 2. Aged >=18 years; 3. Aware of their disease diagnosis and condition; 4. Educated at primary school level or above, with complete language skills and understanding; 5. Informed consent and voluntary participation; 6. Have applied for a WeChat account and have the ability to use the basic communication functions of WeChat. Significant others: 1. Patients designated to participate; 2. Aged >=18 years old; 3. Literacy level of primary school or above, with complete language skills and understanding; 4. Informed consent and voluntary participation; 5. Have applied for a WeChat account and have the ability to use the basic communication functions of WeChat.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients: 1. Those with an expected survival of less than two weeks; 2. Those with a history of impaired consciousness, dementia or psychiatric illness; 3. Those involved in other psychotherapeutic interventions. Significant others: 1. Those with previous or current psychological problems. 2. Those with a history of consciousness disorders, dementia or psychiatric illness. 3. Those involved in other psychotherapeutic interventions.
