Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing heart surgery; 2. Obtain patients with informed contemporaneous books.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Infectious diseases were present in the first week before surgery, or antibiotics were used in the first week before surgery; 2. Patients and their families asked to quit; 3. Clinical doctors do not indicate the use of antibiotics.
