Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients undergoing postoperative patient-controlled intravenous analgesia from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2020.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients without VAS score; 2. Patients with continuous analgesia time 150 hours after operation; 3. Patients undergoing continuous analgesia with nerve block alone or continuous analgesia in spinal canal; 4. The activation time of analgesic pump exceeded 4 hours after operation.
