18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-80 years old; 2. The patient's general condition was stable without multiple organ failure (according to the modified Mashall score); 3. The patient did not receive PCD treatment or did not receive PCD treatment in the target infected area; 4. Qualified for video-assisted minimally invasive debridement, and signed the informed consent for treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of pancreatic necrotic tissue drainage or debridement; 2. Previous exploratory laparotomy due to acute abdomen or pancreatitis; 3. Acute onset of chronic pancreatitis; 4. Complicated abdominal septum syndrome or abdominal organ perforation; 5. Acute pancreatitis due to abdominal surgery; 6. Patients who cannot tolerate video-assisted minimally invasive debridement.
