Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18 to 75 years; (2) Patients with atopic dermatitis confirmed according to Hanifin&Rajka diagnostic criteria for atopic dermatitis. Target lesions are 2-10cm in diameter; (3) The total area of skin lesions is less than 10% of the body surface area; (4) The total score of symptoms and signs is greater than 5 points; (5) Adhere to the use of research drugs and regular follow-up as required. (6) The subject has read the instructions, agreed and signed the written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with allergy to the study medication. (2) The rash was localized with viral, bacterial or fungal infection. (3) Severe liver and kidney diseases, blood system diseases, autoimmune diseases, chronic serious infections, diabetes, mental illness, etc. (4) Malignant tumors or other serious diseases that may affect the correct evaluation of efficacy. (5) Local corticosteroid withdrawal time less than 1 week;Systematic use of corticosteroids and other immunosuppressants (Tripterygium wilfordii, etc.) was stopped less than 4 weeks. (6) Pregnant women. (7) Other reasons that researchers consider unsuitable for inclusion.
