Female

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Premenopausal female with age > 18 years old; 2. MRI diagnosis of single uterine fibroids; 3. Include uterine fibroid-related symptoms; 4. The max size of fibroids: over 3cm and less than 10cm; 5. Color Doppler ultrasonography within 1 month before FUAS treatment; 6. Pelvic enhanced MRI before FUAS and within 1 week after FUAS; 7. With satisfactory therapeutic sound channel; 8. Complete follow-up data after FUAS treatment; 9. Pathological tissue with surgical intervention (including hysterectomy and myomectomy) after FUAS; Pathological tissue after surgical (including hysterectomy and myomectomy) without the history of FUAS.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with adenomyosis; 2. FIGO classification: Type 0, type 7, type 8 3. Previous history of myomectomy, UAE and FUAS; 4. Fibroid with degeneration; 5. Received GnRHa or other drugs to control the growth of fibroids within six months before FUAS; 6. Uterine fibroids tissue after hysterectomy for non-uterine fibroids reasons.
