65 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=65 years; 2. ASA I-III; 3. Subjects undergoing elective general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Chronic pain with long-term use of analgesics, psychiatric drugs (including opioids, NSAIDs, sedatives, antidepressants), alcohol abuse; 2. Preoperative liver and renal function (ALT, AST, BUN, Cr) were abnormally increased; 3. Abnormal surgical anesthesia recovery history; 4. Patients with unstable ischemic heart disease and severe cardiac insufficiency; 5. Participated in other drug trials within three months; 6. Inclusion in this study was considered inappropriate.
