Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The continuous and intermittent pain between the 12th rib of the low back and the crease under the hip; The chief complaint may be tenderness and/or muscle spasms in and above the pain area; X-ray examination showed no other positive findings except lumbar vertebral space stenosis, facet joint space stenosis, separation, asymmetry, and vertebral rotation. The osteoarticular system causing LBP was excluded by various examinations (imaging, laboratory examination, or BMD measurement, etc.); Duration over 4 weeks. 2. Aged 18 to 65 years old; 3. conscious, no cognitive impairment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Accompanied by serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 2. Patients with cognitive impairment and severe mental illness; 3. Patients with unhealed fractures, bone tumors, and severe osteoporosis; 4. Within half a year, patients with closed injection in the waist and previous lumbar surgery.
