Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Males and females aged 20 to 60 Years old. 2.Unilateral shoulder pain ,with or without limited shoulder movement. 3.Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria with broadly-defined periarthritis of shoulder, including rotator cuff injuries, biceps tendonitis, supraspinatus tendonitis, shoulder impingement syndrome, shoulder instability,etc. 4.A maxmun pain score of equal or less than 5/10 on a visual analogue scale (VAS). 5.Patients volunteered to participate in the study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Rotator cuff tendon torn in all layers, fracture, dislocation, nerve injury and other diseases that cause shoulder pain. 2.History of trauma or shoulder surgery. 3.Patients with scoliosis or acute cervical spondylosis. 4.The flexion or abduction angle of the shoulder less than 90 degrees. 5.Patients that body surface markers are not obvious,which will affect the assessment,such as obesity (body mass index greater than 28). 6.Other diseases,such as Active infections, active inflammatory diseases, tumors, neurological disorders and changes in cognitive function (such as stroke, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease and peripheral neuropathy), systemic diseases involving joints (such as rheumatoid arthritis), severe osteoporosis, etc.,that unfit or unable to complete the treatment plan. 7.The patients who refuse to accept the treatment.
