Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Require the same family were members of three generations exist in accord with the DSM - 5 patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder and schizophrenia diagnosis standard of two kinds (previous and current illness can be), collect family members at least three (ocd patients at least 1, patients with schizophrenia at least 1, people without mental disabilities at least 1), the proband must be obsessive-compulsive disorder, or schizophrenia patients, people without mental disabilities must be the first-degree relatives of probands; 2. All the family members are Han nationality. The family members included in this study are required to be at the current age of >=18 years old, with no gender restriction and the age of onset <= 60 years old; 3. All the family members included in this study have sufficient audiovisual level to complete the required examinations; 4. Family members enrolled in this study signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe symptoms of the disease make the patient unable to complete the required assessment; 2. High risk of suicide or negative thoughts; 3. Women who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant recently; 4. Organic brain diseases of clinical significance, or abnormal laboratory tests; 5. Abusers of psychoactive substances; 6. People with axis ? mental disabilities other than OCD and schizophrenia, judged by M.I.N.I. screening; 7. People with convulsive disorders.
