Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly patients over 70 years old, regardless of gender, generally in good health, who underwent moderate or above 2h-3h surgery with no restrictions on the types of surgery were included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chronic diseases of digestive system, respiratory system, cardiovascular system and other aspects, serious mental diseases and bad habits, and patients who refused to participate in this study were excluded.
