Interventions

control group:Infusion of 0.9% sodium chloride injection

esmketamine group:0.5mg/kg esmketamine injection combined with 0.125mg/kg/h continuous infusion

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients; 2. The patient was classified as ASA I-II; 3. BMI 20-30kg / m2; 4. The patient volunteered and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are hypertension, diabetes, liver and kidney diseases and asthma and other chronic respiratory diseases; 2. Suffering from mental illness and disturbance of consciousness, unable to communicate normally; 3. Allergic constitution or allergic to related drugs; 4. The researcher thinks that it is not suitable.
