65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male or female patients aged 65-80years; Patients with newly diagnosed Philadelphia chromosome-positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia; Patients without serious heart disease or coronary heart disease history; Patients with liver and kidney function suitable for chemotherapy: SGOT and SGPT should not exceed 2 times of the upper limit of normal; amylase and lipase in serum should not exceed 2 times of the upper limit of normal; total bilirubin in serum should not exceed 3 times of the upper limit of normal; Patients willing to sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of other cancers, except basal cell carcinoma; with contraindications of corticosteroids; diabetes which cannot be successfully controlled; HIV and syphilis-infected patients; patients previously received an organ transplantation; severe neurological or psychiatric history.
