Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged >=18 years; (2) Patients with unstable angina or acute non-ST elevation myocardial infarction (refer to 2019ESC guidelines). (3) Chronic kidney disease (EGFR = 6; (4) Coronary interventional surgery has been performed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnancy; (2) Acute pulmonary edema within 1 month; (3) Recent use of iodine contrast agent (within 72 hours); (4) To be included in other clinical trials; (5) The use of theophylline, dopamine, mannitol and/or phenoldopam; (6) Patients with end-stage renal disease and routine dialysis; (7) Cardiac shock; (8) Acute left heart failure or acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure within two weeks; (9) Clear allergy to contrast agents or diuretics; (10) There is contraindication of indwelling catheter; (11) The investigator decides that he is not suitable to participate in this study for any other reason.
