Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 70 years old (including 18 and 70 years); 2. Body mass index (BMI) >= 24kg/m2; 3. Subjects voluntarily sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with tumor within the last 5 years; 2. Unstable angina, or cardiac function is grade II or above according to New York heart associations cardiac function rating; 3. End-stage renal disease or liver disease; 4. Autoimmune diseases (such as systemic lupus erythematosus, etc.); 5. Unstable neurological and psychiatric disorders including depression/anxiety disorders, severe eating disorders such as bulimia and anorexia; 6. Those who can not take care of themselves; 7. Pregnant or lactating women; 8. Any other circumstances considered by the Investigator to be inappropriate for the study.
