Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The diagnosis and treatment standard and prescription selection of TCM diseases are referred to in TCM diagnosis and treatment; (2) The western medicine diagnosis standard is referred to the guide for diagnosis and treatment of chronic sinusitis : the changes of nasal cavity and sinuses, congestion and mucus, etc. have been confirmed by CT and other imaging; (3) The course of disease was more than 12 weeks; (4) Patients and their families were informed of the study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant or lactating women; (2) Chronic sinusitis caused by other bacteria and viruses; (3) Patients complicated with allergic rhinitis, asthma, bronchitis and other serious respiratory diseases; (4) Deviation of nasal septum and abnormal nasal structure; (5) Patients with malignant tumor; (6) Patients with heart, liver, kidney and other important organ dysfunction; (7) Mentally abnormal, unable to communicate normally.
