Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: This study was approved by the medical ethics committee of the hospital, and informed consent was signed with patients and their families. Eighty patients aged 20-65 years old underwent laparoscopic anatomical left hemihepatectomy under general anesthesia. ASA grade I-II, heart, lung, liver, kidney and coagulation function were normal. Child push grade A or B had no history of ropivacaine allergy. No drugs affecting nervous system were used before operation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Those allergic to ropivacaine, opioids or non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; those who had used pain medication within 24 hours before operation, those with mental disorders and those with preoperative body mass index (BMI) > 40 kg/m2.
