Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients with metabolic syndrome who plan to undergo bariatric surgery in the weight loss center of our hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Combined with other causes of liver disease: 1. Patients with alcoholic liver disease. The amount of alcohol consumed > 140 g per week for men and >70g per week for women; 2. Patients with specific diseases that can lead to fatty liver, such as viral hepatitis, drug-induced liver disease, total parenteral nutrition, hepatolenticular degeneration, autoimmune liver disease, etc.
