Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: MIC diagnostic criteria refer to the 2018 edition of China Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Dementia and Cognitive Disorder, which should be included in the combined study: 1. Aged >=60 years, cognitive impairment was reported by patients or informed persons or experienced clinicians; 2. The complex instrumental daily ability has slight damage, but maintains the independent daily living ability; 3. A total score of 30 on the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MOCA) was defined as impaired cognitive function, with a score equal to or less than 13 in the illiteracy group, <=19 in the primary school group, and <=24 in the middle school and above group; 4. After clinical evaluation, the patient was diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment, but did not meet the diagnostic criteria of DSM-IV dementia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. People with a history of mental illness or congenital mental retardation; 2. Cognitive dysfunction caused by taking drugs, such as antiepileptics; 3. Have a history of pesticide, gas or alcohol poisoning, drug or alcohol dependence; 4. Patients with other neurological diseases and serious internal diseases that may cause brain dysfunction; 5. People with loss of hearing and vision; 6. Can not cooperate with the completion of personal information collection, questionnaire or scale evaluation.
