Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged > 16 years; 2. After initial periodontal treatment, at least one natural tooth in the aesthetic area had an intrabony defect, PD >= 5mm, and the depth of the intrabony defect >=3mm according to the apical radiograph.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. General condition is not suitable for periodontal surgery: secondary hypertension (systolic blood pressure > 160 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure > 100 mmHg); unstable angina pectoris, stroke within 6 months, poor blood glucose control (fasting blood glucose > 7 mmol / L, HbA1c > 7.5%), severe hemorrhagic disease or coagulation dysfunction; 2; 2. Pregnant women; 3. Those who refused to receive periodontal basic treatment; those who still had obvious gingival redness, Bi > 2 or fistula or periodontal abscess after periodontal basic treatment. 4. Allergic to penicillin antibiotics. 5. Did not agree to participate in the trial and did not sign the informed consent.
