Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-80 years old, have been admitted to hospital and intend to undergo colorectal cancer surgery; 2. Colorectal adenocarcinoma was confirmed by histopathological diagnosis; 3. ASA score =3 months; 4. Concomitant disease symptoms remain clinically stable unless otherwise stated; 5. The value of clinical laboratory test is in the normal range, and if it is abnormal, it must have no related effect on the goal of clinical research. Range of blood and biochemical tests: (1) AST or ALT of liver injury =100 x 10^9. The total number of neutrophils >=1 x 10^9; (6) Anemia: hemoglobin >=100g/L; 6. obtain the consent of the patients and their families and sign the informed consent form voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating women; 2. Patients who have developed other primary malignant tumors in the past five years; 3. Patients who need emergency operation because of intestinal obstruction; 4. Patients with severe primary diseases such as heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, blood system, endocrine system and so on; 5. Patients with immunodeficiency such as hepatitis B, hepatitis C, syphilis and AIDS.
