Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Over 6 months of hemodialysis treatment, the general condition is stable; age > 18-years-old; according to the guidelines of Kidney Disease: Improving Global Outcomes(KDIGO) and Chinese expert consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of renal anemia (revised version 2018) 2, 4. Anemia can be diagnosed(male hemoglobin < 130 g/L, non-pregnant female hemoglobin < 120 g/L). A total of 72 patients with hemoglobin levels < 110 g were included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe heart failure; acute infection; liver disease; malignant tumor or hematological diseases; active tuberculosis; immunosuppressive agents for active inflammatory diseases; intravenous iron; gastrointestinal bleeding, blood transfusion or hospitalization for any reason in recent 3 months; peritoneal dialysis, kidney transplantation to hemodialysis (HD); unwilling to participate in research.
