Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Elective, non-cardiac and more than 1hour surgery under endotracheal intubation general anesthesia; 2. Three generations of Tibetan patients living in the Tibetan Plateau (altitude >= 3000 meters); 3. Aged >=18 years; 4. American Society of Anesthesiologists(ASA) I to III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Surgery requiring single lung ventilation, prone position and lateral position; 2. Hemodynamic instability (mean arterial pressure MAP = 30min within 30 days; 4. History of lung surgery; 5. History of severe lung diseases, including severe obstructive pulmonary disease (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) COPD), acute exacerbation of COPD, lung infections, bronchial asthma, bronchiectasis, etc; 6. History of thoracic or intrathoracic diseases, including thoracic deformities, mediastinal tumors, chest tumors, etc; 7. New York Heart Association Heart Function, NYHA)III- IV; 8. Female during pregnancy.
