18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Sign informed consent; 2. Meet the ICD-10 diagnostic criteria for depression; 3. Aged 18-50 years; 4. Right handedness; 5. Junior high school or above education level; 6. Be able to cooperate with the examinations and treatments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Mental disorders caused by substance abuse (alcohol, drugs); 2. Bipolar disorder, combined with other types of severe mental illness; 3. Severe physical disease; 4. Nuclear magnetic contraindications: claustrophobia or people with implanted electronic devices or metal in the body; 5. Serious suicidal tendencies; 6. Pregnant or lactating women; 7. Have had any form of meditation training in the past.
