Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients after liver transplantation,age of 18 or older; 2. Meet at least of one following: the lactic of 4mmol/L or more; circulatory shock(systolic blood pressure<90mmHg or 40mmHg less than base level; SOFA score is increaded by two points or more than preoperative); 3. Obtain informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients expected to be out of ICU in next 48 hours.
