Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Consistent with clinical and pathological diagnosis, including glioma, pituitary tumor, meningioma,the brain metastases of lung cancer and the brain metastases of lymphoma; (2) Between the ages of 18 and 80 years; (3) No gastrointestinal diseases within 3 months; (4) BMI is within the normal range; (5) Patients must provide written informed consent and have not participated in other clinical studies.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with evidence of other organ failure (liver failure, renal failure, heart failure, severe pulmonary infection or gastrointestinal bleeding); 2. Patients with chronic inflammation, chronic gastrointestinal dysfunction, diarrhea or other gastrointestinal diseases in recent 4 weeks; 3. People taking antibiotics, steroids Proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) and microecological agents in the past 1 month; 4. on a vegetarian diet; 5. had colonoscopy or gastroscopy or surgery or an invasive procedure within the past three months. 6. Patients whose important content of case investigation is vacant and affects statistical analysis; 7. Those who refused to provide fecal samples for the study or who were unwilling to participate in the study after signing the consent.
