Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Knee osteoarthritis patients, K-L stage 3, tibial varus deformity.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The general condition can not tolerate the operation; 2. there are active infection foci around the knee joint or in the whole body recently and currently; 3. there are obvious knee joint flexion and extension dysfunction; 4. there are rheumatoid arthritis with obvious active stage.
