18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Ataxia symptoms; (2) Family history of genetic testing confirmed SCA3; (3) Sign the informed consent; (4) Aged > 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Ataxia caused by non-genetic causes; (2) Other neurological diseases; (3) Patients with metal foreign bodies in the skull, brain trauma and brain surgery; (4) Patients with pacemakers, heart stents and cochlear implants; (5) History of epilepsy or abnormal EEG; (6) No cognitive dysfunction; (7) Severe patients with unstable vital signs; (8) Pregnant women, etc.
