Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Choose elective patients with peritoneal dialysis catheter implantation, or female, age 1 8 ~ 80 years old, ASA II - IV.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) To the amide class local anesthetics allergies; (2) the puncture point or puncture path skin infection; (3) severe arrhythmia; (4) the severe liver function damage; (5) the pre-existent understanding ability difference, mental disorder, or central nervous system disorders and cannot cooperate; (6) has a history of basin of abdominal surgery.
