Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Frame-based stereoelectroencephalography surgery patients under gerenal anesthesia; 2. Aged 18 to 65 years; 3. ASA I~III level.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe psychiatric disorders; 2. Significant raised intracranial pressure; 3. Mallampati grade III or IV; 4. Anatomical factors precluding use of a face mask or nasal cannula,upper airway obstruction; 5. Body mass index > 35kg/m2; 6. Severe hypoxemia, SPO2<90% in ambient air; 7. Moderate or severe anemia, preoperative hemoglobin<90g/L; 8. Severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular disease; 9. Severe hepatic and renal dysfunction, electrolyte and acid-base disorder; 10.Severe respiratory disease.
