Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The OVCF imaging manifestations of the lumbar vertebrae are completely consistent with the clinical symptoms, and a single lumbar vertebral body fracture requires bilateral vertebral body PKP; 2. The visual analogue scale (VAS) of patients before surgery >=6 points; 3. The course of disease is within 6 weeks; 4. Bone mineral density (BMD) <=-2.5.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with the history of dementia, serious mental disorders, spinal surgery, pathological vertebral fractures, chronic opioid usage, local skin infection were excluded from the study.
