9 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Agree to sign the informed consent; 2. Immature or mature permanent teeth diagnosed with asymptomatic irreversible pulpitis; 3. Nolla root stage 9 and above for both men and women; 4. No symptoms or signs of pulp necrosis; 5. Imaging examination showed no periapical lesions and severe periodontal disease. 6. The affected tooth defect area is small, can be directly repaired.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Negative response to cold testing and presence of sinus tract or swelling; 2. Severe periodontal disease and pocket depth > 6 mm, mobility degree for II degree or III degree; 3. Large defect range, which cannot be directly repaired with resin or has no retention value; 4. Patients with serious systemic diseases who cannot cooperate.
