Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Accorded with the diagnostic criteria of acute pancreatitis: (1) acute, sudden, persistent and severe epigastric pain that could radiate to the back; (2) the activity of serum amylase and / or lipase was at least 3 times higher than the normal upper limit; (3) the enhanced CT or MRI showed typical imaging changes of AP (pancreatic edema or peripancreatic exudation). If 2 of the above three criteria are met clinically, AP can be diagnosed; 2. TG patients were detected within 24 hours after admission (or outside the hospital) within 1 week after admission; 3. BISAP scores were obtained after admission, and the prognosis data were completed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe heart, brain, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction before onset; 2. Patients with incomplete clinical data; 3. Patients with pregnancy; 4. Patients with tumor.
