Age
20 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20 to 60 years; 2. ASA III; 3. No previous history of surgical anesthesia; 4. All patients had no preoperative infection and fever; 5. No preoperative chemotherapy or radiotherapy; 6. No autoimmune diseases; 7. No endocrine and metabolic diseases; 8. Normal liver and kidney function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with preoperative serious heart or lung disease or mental problems (chronic depression or severe bipolar disorder); 2. Patients who continue to take steroid hormones; 3. Long-term use of opioid or opioid abuse; 4. Allergic to any drug in the test; 5. Patients with a history of hypertension.
