no-drinking group:No drinking for 6 hours before surgery
control group:300ml water was consumed 2 hours before surgery
experimental group:300ml carbohydrate was consumed 2 hours before surgery

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primipara;elective cesarean section under combined epidural anesthesia, aged 25-45 years, gestational age >= 38 weeks, body mass index (BMI)<= 38kg/m2, ASA grade I to II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with gestational diabetes, hypertension and other gestational diseases and metabolic diseases; 2. Liver and kidney dysfunction accompanied by coagulation dysfunction; 3. Complicated with heart, brain and lung diseases; 4. Previous surgery on the esophagus, stomach or upper abdomen; 5. Contraindications of intraspinal anesthesia puncture; 6. ASA class III and above; 7. Drugs affecting gastrointestinal motor function were taken within 3 days before surgery. 8. Long-term use of antidepressants, anti-anxiety drugs and painkillers; 9. A history of substance abuse; 10. Allergic to the drug used in the experimental protocol; 11. Inability to breastfeed due to infant problems; 12. Neurological complications occurred after intraspinal puncture; 13. Cesarean section is accompanied by other operations; 14. Unwilling to continue to participate.
