Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: MCI group: 1. Recently diagnosed MCI; 2. Aged 65 and above; 3. Ability to walk independently without gait assistance (such as crutches or walkers); 4. MoCA scale score 24; The inclusion criteria of the control group: 1. 65 years old and above; 2. There is no subjective cognitive complaint, the objective cognitive test is normal; 3. No dysfunction; 4. Be able to walk independently without gait assistance; 5. MoCA scale >=26; MMSE >=24.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Parkinson's disease or any neurological disease with motor impairment (e.g. stroke, epilepsy); 2. History of knee or hip arthroplasty with musculoskeletal disease or gait performance; 3. The use of psychotropic drugs that affect exercise ability (such as benzodiazepines) or active severe depression; 4. Severe uncorrected visual or auditory impairment.
