65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The age ranged from 65 to 80 years; (2) Body mass index 19-24 kg / m2; (3) ASA grade II or III; (4) Pulse oxygen saturation >= 92%; (5) No spinal or thoracic deformity, no difficult airway; (6) The estimated operation time was more than 2 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Preoperative pulmonary ultrasound showed atelectasis; (2) Patients with a history of chest and lung surgery; (3) Severe respiratory complications, such as COPD, bronchiectasis, bronchial asthma, emphysema, bullae, spontaneous pneumothorax, cor pulmonale, etc; (4) Abnormal increase of intracranial pressure or intraocular pressure; (5) Patients with severe cardiovascular complications and / or NYHA cardiac function grade III or above.
