Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Outpatients attending the Sixth Hospital of Peking University with age 18-45 years old and willing to attend CBT therapy; 2. Outpatients from Peking University Sixth Hospital, having received a diagnosis of adult ADHD through Conners Adult ADHD Diagnostic Interview based on Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of mental disorders, Fifth Edition and with CGI score >= 3; 3. Patients who were either drug-naive or have been stable on medications (for the treatment of ADHD, drug dosage adjustment in the last two months was below 10% for at least 2 months). 4. No other severe comorbidities (see exclusion criteria), or stable mild or moderate depressive episodes, dysthymia, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorder, eating disorder; No other medications or stable use of antidepressants, mood stabilizers, benzodiazepines (dose fluctuation < 10% within 2 months).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with current mental disorders: major depressive episodes with psychotic symptoms or high suicide/self-injury risk, severe panic disorder, psychotic disorders, bipolar disorder, substance dependence, generalized developmental disorders, anti-Social personality disorder; 2. Those whose intelligence level is lower than the normal range; 3. Those who have a clear concept of suicide; 4. According to the researcher's judgment, the patient's physical condition is unstable or inadequately treated (such as diabetes, angina pectoris, hypertension, active hepatitis, etc.); 5. Those who have participated in other psychotherapists.
