Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Volunteers fully understand the purpose, nature, method and possible adverse reactions of the experiment, volunteer to serve as volunteers, and sign the informed consent before the start of the experiment; 2) Healthy male and female volunteers aged 18-45 years; 3) Male body weight >= 50.0kg, female body weight >= 45.0kg;Body mass index (BMI) in the range of 19.0 to 26.0kg/m2 (including the critical value); 4) The volunteers had no history of chronic diseases or serious diseases within three years, and were in good general health; 5) Be able to communicate well with researchers, and understand and abide by the requirements of this research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Anatomic deformity of the thoracic or lumbar spine (as determined by medical history or physical examination), surgical history of the thoracic or lumbar spine or adjacent muscles; 2. Allergic constitution, such as known allergy to the drugs needed in this test (consultation); 3. Patients with contraindications to magnetic resonance (for consultation); 4. Long-term use of painkillers; 5. Patients with coagulation disorders or receiving anticoagulant therapy; 6. Those who refused to participate in the experiment.
