Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age over 18 years old, male or female, undergoing colon cancer surgery in the General Hospital of Huashan Hospital. 2. Voluntary signing of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known HIV infection. 2. People who are known to have IBD.
