Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Two ICU doctors in the intensive care unit of Linyi Central Hospital screened the patients to meet the sepsis 3.0 diagnostic criteria for septic shock, that is, sepsis 3.0 = infection + SOFA score >= 2, and vasoactive drugs are still needed to maintain blood pressure after sufficient fluid resuscitation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients younger than 18 years old, active bleeding, advanced tumor, refused blood purification treatment.
