Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Patients diagnosed with colon cancer by transintestinal biopsy and pathology; (2)The self or his agent is signing the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Patients with other malignant tumors; (2)The patient has severe heart and lung disease; (3)The patient had a history of using antibiotics, hormones or intestinal microflora preparations 3 months before admission; (4)Patients with severe diarrhea or constipation.
