Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Similar in age, sex, weight and other basic conditions; The healthy volunteers should have normal blood routine, liver, kidney and blood coagulation function, and no previous operation history. Those who have fully understood the purpose and risks of the study and have signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of chronic pain disease, history of alcohol and tobacco abuse, recent use of analgesic drugs, history of neuropsychiatric diseases and other contraindications to MRI examination.
