Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The puerpera volunteered and signed the informed consent form; 2. ASA II or class III; 3. Elective cesarean section under combined spinal-epidural anesthesia; 4. 20 years old <= maternal age <= 35 years old; 5. 37 <= gestational age < 42; 6. Singleton pregnancy, fetal heart rate is good.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Oxytocin was used before operation; 2. Past history of mental illness and familial psychosis; 3. Severe or unstable heart, liver, kidney, endocrine, blood and other internal diseases; 4. History of previous use of antidepressants and hormones; 5. Can not understand and complete the contents of the scale independently; 6. Conversion to general anesthesia during operation due to unsatisfactory anesthetic effect or other reasons; 7. Serious adverse events occurred during the operation, such as massive blood loss, amniotic fluid embolism, etc.; 8. Severe postpartum complications include abnormal uterine bleeding, puerperal infection, venous thrombosis of lower extremities, etc.; 9. Newborns are transferred to NICU or receive treatment or death due to congenital diseases or other causes within 6 weeks after delivery.
